New Clients Are Required to Call And Give A $25 Deposit Upon Booking Their Appointment
NOTE: Recently, because of the "doodle boom" we are not taking any more doodles (this includes Laberdoodles, Goldendoodles, Bernedoodles etc). We have hundreds of return clients which are currently doodle owners and roughly 30% of our current clients are doodle owners we cannot take any more doodles that are not returning doodles at this time. Our apologies.
New clients are required to call us during our operating business hours of 8:30am-3:00pm. Because of the fact we have had several missed appointments from individuals who have made their first appointment without proper cancellation. We have had too require a $25 deposit for those booking an appointment for the first time. The $25 will be credited to your overall cost of the groom. The deposit is non-refundable so if you don't show up or give proper cancellation (48 hours before the appointment) and reschedule then you will loose the deposit. We have had to do this to protect ourselves also to put a stop to the trend of new client no-shows.
If a person is a new client and they choose to make an appointment through the online portal to get around paying the deposit the new client will be called and asked to provide their information for the deposit. Failure to do so within 24 hours will result in the appointment being cancelled on our end..
